What attractions do you cover?
Each tour is different and we make no guarantees that a certain attraction will be visited any given tour. However, as a general rule, we will during the 3-hour tour strive to cover Max Joseph Platz, Odeonsplatz/Feldherrnhalle Theatinerkirche, Bayerische Staatskanzlei/Hofgarten, a visit to the world´s 2nd largest beer garten, Englischer Garten, Eisbachwelle, Bayerisches Nationalmuseum/Luftwaffe headquarters, Isar river and The Angel of Peace. The primary discussion points along the tour will evolve around Munich´s history, the former rulers of Bavaria, Oktoberfest Hitler and the 2nd world war.

On the 1.5-hour tour you can expect to see just about half of the above mentioned attractions. However, if there is a certain sight or attraction that you would really like to see, please feel free to ask the guide before the start of the tour.

What level of biking-skills is required?
In order to participate on one of our tours, you must have experience in riding a bicycle. All are welcome, who can bike at a fairly slow pace in a foreign urban environment. These tours are by no means designed as a type of workout. All tours will be at a fairy slow and steady pace, in order for you to appreciate the surroundings.

Is it safe to bike in Munich?
Yes. Munich is a very bicycle-friendly city. The main concern in terms of bike-safety, when doing a tour with us, is the traffic and other cyclists around you. Before the start of our tour, we will go through a couple of basic safety-rules to follow when we hit the road.

Do you provide helmets?
We do provide helmets. During booking, you are able to choose the amount of helmets you would like. We charge 3 euro per helmet.

Will there be food and beverages on the tour?
We do not serve either food or beverages on the tour, however you are more than welcome to bring your own with you, as long as you are able to bike. On our 3-hour tour we will make a stop at a beer garten, where you will be able to buy both food and beverages.

Are children allowed on the tour?
No. The tours are not suitable for children or people with poor health.

What if it rains?
If it should rain, we will provide rain-ponchos to you before the tour. In cases of extreme weather where biking is not possible, you can either get a refund or rebook for another day. We do ask you to meet at the meeting point regardless, as it is up to the guide to decide if the tour runs or not.

What kind of bike will we ride on the tour?
For the tour, we provide comfortable city bikes that are easy to handle.
