Prefer exploring Copenhagen on your own? Apart from our highly rated tours, we also offer a variety of different rent-a-bikes. There is absolutely no better way of exploring Copenhagen than on the saddle of a bicycle. See our offers below and choose the one you like best. Pick up is from a central spot in inner-city. You will receive an e-mail with exact pick-up location once you’ve booked. As an extra bonus, you will receive a bottle of cold Carlsberg beer once your rental is over! We offer non-alcoholic beers as well as the classics.

City Bikes
Probably the coolest rental bikes in town. At our partner bike shop, you are able to rent a stylish City Bike in traditional fashion. Perfect for exploring the streets of Copenhagen, you are sure to have hours of bicycle joy when renting our City Bike.

Our City Bikes have three gears and handlebar breaks. It is monitored with front and back lights as well as a chain lock. You also get a basket, where you can put your belongings.

Renting of any bike, helmet or any other product is through our partner bike shop Velorbis. City Bike Adventures only works as an agent and therefore the rental agreement is between the customer and Velorbis.

    • Any cancellation must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the booking. In this case, the cancellation fee will be 30% of the total amount. Any cancellations made later than 24 hours before the booking will not be refunded.
    • Renting a bicycle by Velorbis is at one´s own responsibility/risk. Therefore, Velorbis is not liable for any injury or any other damages including a fine given by the authority.
      Before taking your bicycle in use, please control your bicycle for defects.
      If any defects are to find, please let Velorbis know.
      When renting a bicycle, you must show a personal identity card e.g. passport or driver license.
    • It is at one´s own responsibility to lock one´s bicycle even if it is only for a short period of time, you leave the bicycle out of sight.

      When renting a bicycle, it is at one´s own responsibility that the bicycle is not exposed to unnecessary risk or gross negligence.
    • If the bicycle is stolen during the renting period, the hirer of the bicycle is charged 2.500 Danish Kroner.
      If the padded lock for the bicycle is lost during the renting period, we charge the credit card below 400 DKK.
      Gross negligence will lead to the liability of the hirer for the amount of the entire bicycle (max.2500 Danish Kroner).
      The hirer is expected to comply with the existing laws of traffic and exhibit good behavior in traffic
